Just don’t live but enjoy your life
Enjoying anything especially life does not require us to take drastic steps to change our habits or routine but tiny adjustments here and there and voila, you can enjoy each and every moment of your precious life.
Most of us are lucky enough to have everything we need to live our life well but the main problem arises when we don’t know how to prioritize. So starting from today, let us make a promise to our own self that we will not just live but will truly enjoy our life.
Here are a few simple ways that will help you enjoy more.
- Get active
An active lifestyle that includes exercising for mind, body and soul is really important to help live better. Exercising releases endorphins that are pain-relieving and more importantly stress busting natural chemicals that make one feel good. Staying active makes one be positive towards many things.
- Feel the outdoors
Feel the sun on your skin, the wind in your hair and happiness in your heart when you relish the beauty of nature. Just stepping out in your garden for five minutes and admiring the beauty can lift up your senses instantly.
- Focus on yourself
People will always have something to say for you coming up with opinions and advices but remember it’s just you and only you who have to live with the consequences of your decision. Focus on yourself and of course your family and not what people will think or say.
- Nurture your relationships

It is your life and you get many opportunities to create it the way you want to live. Be deliberate to choose the life you want and live it every moment. Do things that keep you occupied, Do Shopping if it makes you happy, energizes you.
- Celebrate yourself
Make yourself aware and accepting of things around you. Invest in yourself by developing your personality through books, media, Internet. Be compassionate for yourself and others take time out to celebrate your wins no matter how small they are.
- Practice meditation
Meditation does not mean sitting quietly in a position for hours but noticing what we feel and what’s around us. Detaching yourself from worries and returning to the happy experience called life. Evolve yourself each day by helping yourself, learn to stay happy and positive in every frame that life brings.
- Speak out
When we hold back our thoughts, words and actions only because someone will not like them, we are being untrue to our own self. Speak your mind and if there is no scope than at least write it down and tear it. It will make you uncomfortable for short term but you will start enjoying by being true to yourself in the long run.

Compassion for ourselves and for others can make any situation diffuse. Compassion is a feeling that is not to be expressed but felt. It makes life rewarding and enjoyable.

Learning is a continuous process that helps us evolve in so many ways. Explore different subjects that interest you, take time out for your hobbies, read, listen to music, learn something new, Shop online, just do things that make your feel good.
- Everything passes away
Whether it is good times or bad times, do remember that nothing is constant and everything passes. We are not going to be happy and enjoying all the times. There might be tough times where you see no hope but you need to remind yourself that life is a circle and it comes back to where it started.
